Terms and Conditions for Booking

1. Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked in advance. A confirmation will be sent via email or text once the booking is made.

2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

3. Health Disclosure: Clients are required to disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment prior to the session. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of each client.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.

5. Payment: 50% of Payment is due at the time of booking and remainder on day. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.

6. Client Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.

7. Liability Waiver: Clients must agree to a liability waiver stating that they understand the nature of the treatments and that they are participating at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms: The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
